On March 11, 2021 the Judges panel for the Great Queens Wing Hunt event, an epic wing crawl throughout Queens, selected the winners of "Best Wings" covering the 3-month long wing & beer spree. From Astoria to Jackson Heights, it took two wing crawls to taste all the wings with outdoor dining and TO-GO being the center of the "JudgeWing" criteria from each restaurant. Listed below are the winners with a blurb from each of the panelists!

LEMON PEPPER WINGS
The most talked about wing flavor on the Queens Wing Hunt by the Judges, hands down. This tangy version of the classic had every judge puckering for more. The lemon pepper wing is a common feature on many menus but rarely does it get that wow factor. Kudos to Trestle for taking this classic wing flavor to the next level with its signature lemon zest, combination of dry rub and light sauce making it rise above the competition.
